Submitting
Your Event to Our Calendar
An
updated calendar is e-mailed to our club membership on the 1st
and 15th of each month. Events are added to our website for all
visitors to see. We try to be as accurate as possible but cannot
be held responsible for errors or unannounced changes. Please
refer to the contact information for the specific event for more
details.

Submissions
should be made at least 4 days prior to our e-mails
on the 1st of 15th so we will do everything we can to add
them in. Events submitted after this time will be included
if possible, however please understand that our volunteers
process all the events at once and cannot change their
schedules to include late notification of events.

Events
with required or requested entrance fees must indicate the
amount.

A
contact name, e-mail, phone number, or website for more
information is recommended.

Website
listed event information will be printed on three lines with
the first line in bold. We reserve the right to edit any
event information for space requirement. Additional lines
will be allowed for disability related information ie:
Public Transit, Accessible Restrooms, etc.

We
want to list all events however we reserve the right to
refuse to list any event.

We
will list your events are far in advance as possible - it
saves us time updating the calendar.
